IKEA Finna is a solution made during the Industry Project at Hyper Island. Our mission was to integrate the printed catalogue with digital content by adding or subtracting from the catalogue.

IKEA Finna is shopping list application for smartphones, with a built in QR code reader.

May 15th was the release date of the class site of DM11KNA, my class at Hyper Island. The site is a rich media experience with student gallery, documentation pieces and more.

However, we find accessibility to be really important, meaning we could not rely on a flash site to work on all systems. Therefore, a pure html version and an iPhone version were created.

I had the great honour to develop the iPhone webapp version.
It's built using the jQTouch framework, and a backend system developed by Theo Strahlen, the same system that delivers all the content to the other XV versions.

Short film project done for our class site at Hyper island. www.whatisxv.com

My role in this project was a designer.

The film is all made in 2D animation in aftereffects. Our goal was to make the characters to come alive without using 3D or any video material. It is kind of a tribute to the swedish movie Metropia.
We casted the characters from people in our class, and the music is also produced inhouse.

Concept developed for Karlskrona Tourism Office.

The brief: Highlight businesses in the rural Karlskrona and help them attract tourists.

Our insights: Karlskrona (or the whole of the Blekinge region) isn't a part of Sweden you just happen to drive through. It's the appendix of Sweden. The region is however extremely beautiful with a wonderful archipelago and quaint little towns.

Solution: We want to help the tourists to find their way to Karlskrona, facilitate their planning, and put them in direct contact with the business owners. The business owners will be given a tool that they can use to market themselves, putting the responsibility in their hands. We educate them about microblogging, and give them a platform through which they can reach the tourists.

The platform is an application built upon Google maps, with a nice and easy to use interface with sharing options.
